Martha Law Fund for Conservation
The Martha Law Conservation Fund is a way for LMC supporters to make a lasting commitment to conservation. The fund is named for Martha Law, a founding Board member and life-long Lookout Mountain resident whose love of the natural beauty of our world is celebrated by this giving opportunity. The purpose of the fund is to be used as an endowment fund to further the work of the Lookout Mountain Conservancy. Endowment Funds are visionary, they are set up for long term support. This fund, set up at the Community Foundation of Greater Chattanooga, will have the benefit of professional investment management and skilled administrative support. By including the Martha Law Conservation Fund in your estate, you may also benefit your personal financial situation; benefits include making a gift that does not interrupt current cash flow and may reduce estate taxes. Please have your attorney or financial advisor contact Pete Cooper at the Community Foundation for more information. He may be reached by phone, 423.265.0586 or email, pcooper@cfgc.org. All gifts are gratefully accepted.
