What's New

Thanks to ticket sales and generous donations from you, your friends, and neighbors, the Annual Shrimp Boil raised over $15,000 — money that is already being put to good use for the conservation, restoration, and trail work up on Lookout Mountain.

We had over 150 attendees at this year's event. We were pleasantly surprised to see lots of new faces this year which could only mean one thing, that you all are doing an amazing job sharing about our work and our mission.

After over a year of social distancing and cancelled events, it was such a treat to see people smiling, hugging, dancing, and enjoying themselves while celebrating the work of these incredible young people.

We know how hard the past year has been on so many and we cannot express how grateful we are to have your support.

We could not have pulled off this event without the help of our devoted board of directors, gracious volunteers, and generous sponsors. We would like to give a special thank you to Bob and Deb Hulse for being incredible long time supporters of our organization and the Intern & Leadership Program. Thank you!

If you are interested in becoming a sponsor or would like to know more about how you can support the Intern & Leadership program please reach out to our Community Engagement Coordinator Holly Odell at holly@lookoutmountainconservancy.org
